Large, JCAHO accredited, not for profit hospital on the west coast is seeking an Outpatient Therapy Manager for a large, complex department which includes a pediatric, neuro rehab, aquatic therapy and ortho programs as well as an off-site clinic which provides hand, ortho and sports injury programs.  You will be responsible for approx 20 FTEs.  A documentation and scheduling program is currently being implemented so computer expertise is a plus.  You must be a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist with management experience in a large interdisciplinary outpatient therapy program.  Masters preferred.  This opportunity is available on an interim or temp to perm basis.
