Birth Care Center Director |

JCAHO accredited, FL hospital is seeking a Birth Care Center Director. Last year, 1050 babies were delivered in the Center. You will have responsibility for Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, Mother/Baby, Peds and Nursery. Fifty FTEs including charge nurses will report directly to you in this non-union facility. Customer service is a high priority. In addition, you will be expected to implement recommendations of a recent Simpson and Knox audit, upgrade unit performance and bring about cultural change. You must be clinically competent, a great resource for knowledge and be able to labor a patient. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in a community hospital. Bachelors required; Masters preferred with 5 years management experience in related area. Florida RN license required. |
